For more than three decades, I've conducted photography tours and workshops, both for myself (Image Quest Photo Tours) and for a variety of organizations, from the Yosemite Conservancy and the Death Valley Natural History Association to the San Diego and Los Angeles Zoos, from UCLA to USC.

My photos have been published in a variety of magazines, including Outdoor Photographer, Outside, Cross-Country Ski, and Sky and Telescope, I've also authored three pictorial guidebooks and my prints have hung in public, private and corporate collections.

Almost every year I travel to Yosemite, along Route 66, to Yellowstone and locations in the American Southwest, and I explore my hometown, Los Angeles. Contact me for private tour and lessons or if you see an image you'd like to use for personal or commercial use.
